The Ottawa Hospital shares its experiences and lessons learned implementing a resiliency training program to become a resilient ready health care organization. The initial resiliency training program consisted of the Mental Health Continuum Model, skills for promoting preparation, coping and recovery during challenging situations and crisis response training using the ABC+ response strategy.
