| Online | New!2008 PMI Online Registration Residents who are CMA members, may qualify for participation in PMI at a reduced cost on a space available basis. While resident registrations are welcomed, these cannot be processed online as they are on a space available basis. - To qualify, payment must be received 60 days before the first day of the workshop.
- Enclose GST exemption certificate, if applicable.
- Other applicable taxes where required.
- 2008 CMA membership fee is $375.
Substitution/cancellation policy
Registration fee, less a $100 administrative charge, is refundable for cancellations received in writing 10 working days prior to the program start date. Substitutions are accepted.
CME credits
CME credits have been granted to the PMI program by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (MOCOMP) and the College of Family Physicians of Canada (MAINPRO-M1). This program qualifies for Category I (A) MOC credits with the Canadian College of Health Service Executives.
