Mandatory name tags

At registration, a name tag is provided to every Annual Meeting and General Council (GC) participant. You must wear your name tag to be admitted to meetings.

White name tag, red stripe
CMA member observer

Non-member observer
White name tag, blue stripe

3 Ways to Speak Up and Be Heard at General Council

  1. Delegate Voter Response System (gives delegates access to voting on all motions and elections and all polling). Pick up a keypad each morning from CMA staff at the table outside General Council. Your Smart Card will be inside your name tag. You must wear a red name tag to be eligible to use this device.
  2. Member Observer Polling System (gives member observers access to all polling). Pick up a keypad each morning from CMA staff at the table outside General Council. You must wear a white name tag with a red stripe or a blue name tag to be eligible to use this device.

    Simultaneous interpretation units will also be available for pickup.
