Strategic session: Principles-based approach to assisted dying in Canada

This session seeks input from delegates on a proposed regulatory framework that will guide the CMA in its advocacy for physician-assisted dying, and looks for direction on other initiatives such as the process following patient requests for medical aid in dying and related issues. Outcomes will provide direction in forming CMA policy.

This event is an Accredited Learning activity (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada for 14.5 credits.
