Third-party complaints

Please note, given the announcement that Conjoint Accreditation Services is divesting itself of the responsibility to accredit health educational programs on or before February 1, 2018 and to ensure appropriate time for complaints to be processed, all 3rd-party complaints must be submitted on or before October 1, 2017.


Third-party complaint submission form

If an outside party (third party) has reason to believe that an accredited program may not be in compliance with one or more of the requirements for accreditation, the party may submit a formal complaint to the Committee on Program Accreditation.

The third-party complaint process has been established to:

  • maintain the integrity and credibility of the accreditation process
  • ensure a fair, open process for stakeholders to identify concerns and questions regarding a program's compliance with accreditation requirements
  • provide a mechanism for initiating a complaint
