Canadian Medical Association

Dr. Mark MacMillan is the past president of the New Brunswick Medical Society and sits on many of their committees. He is currently the treasurer for the society and continues to be actively engaged with the society. He is also chair of the Regional Representatives Committee for the Canadian Association of Gastroenterology (CAG). He is a member of both the Ways and Means Committee and the Clinical Affairs Committee for the CAG. He is also the president of the New Brunswick Association of Gastroenterology.

Dr. MacMillan graduated from Saint Francis Xavier University in 1999. He then went on to medical school training at Dalhousie University. He graduated medical school in 2006 and went on to complete a fellowship in internal medicine. He obtained his FRCPC in internal medicine in 2010 and then his FRCPC in gastroenterology/hepatology in 2011.
