Survived by his wife Myrtle, 4 children, 4 stepchildren, 20 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren. “After medical school and spending 5 years in the British army, he moved to Ponoka, Alta., where he joined his brother in medical practice. He then moved with his family to Grande Prairie, Alta., in 1953 and served the community in many ways, as both a doctor and member of the Legislative Assembly.”
