Survived by his wife Lydia, 3 children and 4 grandchildren. “In 1972, Warren joined the Department of Neuroscience at University Hospital in London, Ont., as a neurologist and electroencephalographer. He became a professor emeritus of neurology at the University of Western Ontario in 1999. Along with Dr. John Girvin, Warren co-founded one of Canada’s largest epilepsy units. Warren received several awards recognizing his commitment to improving the treatment and management of epilepsy, including the J. Kiffin Penry Excellence in Epilepsy Care Award from the American Epilepsy Society in 2012. He was named a member of the Order of Canada in 2012.”
