CMA Impact Inc. – Investment Committee

Anne Marie O'Donovan was the chief administration officer and executive vice-president at Global Banking and Markets, Scotiabank. She currently serves on the board of Cadillac Fairview, Aviva Canada, MDC Partners and Indigo Books & Music Inc, and previously served on the board of directors of CMA Investco Inc.

Jill Pepall was executive vice-president and chief investment officer of Investment Management Corporation of Ontario, where she oversaw $60 billion in multiple asset classes. She currently serves on the board of the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, and chairs their investment committee.

Gaelen Morphet was executive vice-president and chief investment officer for Sentry Investments, where she was responsible for $19 billion in financial assets. She currently serves on the board of MCAN Mortgage Corporation, the Art Gallery of Ontario Foundation and the Ontario Arts Foundation.

George Vasic was managing director, head of Canadian equity research, equity strategist and chief economist with UBS Securities Canada. He has served on the economic policy committee of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce, and as contributing editor to Canadian Business Magazine.

Jimmy Mui joined the Canadian Medical Association in 2017 and serves as its Executive Vice President, Corporate Services, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Mui played a key role in the sale of MD Financial Management in 2018.
