Dr. Guruswamy Sridhar joined the board of directors of CMAH 2018 Inc. in August 2019 and became the chair of the board in December 2021.
Dr. Sridhar is the medical director of the Sleep Disorders Program and consultant in respiratory medicine for the Saskatchewan Health Authority.
He served on the CMA Board of Directors as the representative for Saskatchewan and was the chair of the CMA’s Audit and Finance Committee. Dr. Sridhar previously served as president of the Saskatchewan Medical Association.
He completed his medical training at the University of Madras, India. He is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors and is interested in physician leadership in health care, quality improvement and sustainable health care transformation.
