Key areas of interest in advocacy

Support to increase the capacity across the country for 2SLGBTQI health care provided from a holistic space that honours an Indigenous approach, attending to one's spiritual, emotional, physical and mental health. Increasing education about 2SLGBTQI health care within medical providers’ academic experiences.

What I hope to bring to the Patient Voice

The drive and passion to support conversations with health care providers to encourage a wider understanding and honouring of the unique needs of the 2SLGBTQI community so there can be engagement in breaking down barriers and fully participating in intersectional patient-driven care.
