Survived by his wife Hanne, 3 children and 5 grandchildren. “Dr. Khaliq was a Fulbright Scholar in New York in 1957. He brought his family to Canada in 1974, and was division head of anatomic pathology at the Saint John Regional Hospital in New Brunswick, as well as associate professor of pathology at Dalhousie University. He educated numerous medical students and residents over the years, and was known to be an exceptional teacher. He retired in 1999.”
