Canadian Medical Association

Building on the groundwork of the past two summits and our agenda of change, the Canadian Medical Association (CMA) is focusing on taking action at its annual Health Summit, being held Aug. 22 to 23 in Halifax.

Learn more about the Health Summit

With the theme “Accelerating Action in Care”, the 2020 Health Summit aims to leverage the learnings from past years – the exploration of emerging technologies and new ways to connect in care – and challenge participants to explore how they can take action to transform health care.

Attendees can expect a more interactive experience, with a mix of breakout sessions and discussions, as well as the chance to learn from a dynamic mix of changemakers, from inside and outside medicine.

The Health Summit is a national event, bringing together medical leaders, policy-makers, care providers and patients from across Canada. Registration is free for CMA members.

A preliminary program is available, and registration is now open.
