Canadian Medical Association

Canadian Medical Association (CMA) members have invaluable perspectives on our association and how we can make it stronger. Corporate business proposals are a way to share ideas around governance to make the CMA more accountable, transparent and inclusive.

Corporate business proposals that could result in bylaw changes are addressed at the CMA’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) and must be submitted no later than 90 days before the meeting. This year’s deadline is May 22.

Health policy proposals can be submitted by members year-round. The AGM will be held on Aug. 21 in Halifax.
