Backpack warranty
High Sierra bags have a limited lifetime warranty which covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal recreational use. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, normal fading, abuse, negligence and misuse or airline damage.
Warranty requests can be sent by email to [email protected]. When submitting your claim, be sure to include your full address, your phone number, and an image of the area in question on the bag. It may take up to 10 days to receive a response from the supplier after submitting your request. We thank you for your patience.
