Annual General Meeting
Our AGM is a forum for members to ask questions of CMA leadership and address corporate matters. It’s also when our new president assumes office and our leadership candidates are put forward for ratification.
Bylaws
Our bylaws outline the rules that govern us as an association and lay out the composition and duties of our board and certain committees. Any changes to the bylaws must be approved by two-thirds of members at the AGM.
