Lived experience
Parent whose son died prematurely because of gaps in the health “system.” Person with additional experience with other family members’ journeys and from interacting with many wonderful providers, patients and leaders in his Greg’s Wings advocacy work.
Key areas of interest in advocacy
Creating an environment where the culture of genuine teamwork is the default in the health system. Working to ensure that the public is sufficiently informed to be fully engaged in decisions to improve the health of the whole person throughout their lifetime.
What I hope to bring to the Patient Voice
The perspective gained from a diverse business background and from interactions with patients, family and care providers across the country, to support the ongoing development of safe, continuous, collaborative, patient-partnered care.
