The ROI in workplace mental health programs: Good for people, good for business

This Deloitte study, the first of its kind conducted in Canada, provides evidence that investing in workplace mental health programs yields valuable returns. This report is based on an analysis of historical investment and savings data from seven Canadian companies, and complemented by interviews with subject-matter experts. It examines the typical annual return on investment of workplace mental health programs, unearths common challenges and enablers of program success, identifies leading practices to consider, and includes a blueprint for program implementation and measurement.
