Tackling burnout: Steps to rekindle your inner flame

This second article in a two-part series on burnout looks at ways to improve the situation for practitioners, their families and their patients, presenting international expertise on treating, avoiding and reducing physician burnout. Although it is generally acknowledged that reducing burnout requires both individual and system-level approaches, many physicians are looking for ways to protect their health and prevent or alleviate burnout.
