Creating Wellness in a Pandemic: A Practical Framework for Health Systems Responding to Covid-19

Psychological distress due to COVID-19 can have both short- and long-term impacts on hospital staff. Rush University Medical Center has created a simple and practical framework to promote staff well-being during COVID-19. This framework has been designed to be generalizable so that it can be used in other similar types of health care crises.
