Physician wellness post-pandemic

In an article in Medical Economics, Dr. Rebekah Bernard describes the stressors that physicians have faced during the pandemic and the steps to improve mental well-being post-pandemic. These steps include accepting negative feelings and emotions as normal, paying attention to your emotions, challenging your beliefs, practising cognitive reframing, practising mindfulness, engaging in in-person communication and knowing you are not alone.
