More specifically, it aims to enhance performance during medical crises and to create (and maintain) resilient healthcare professionals. It is written for all acute care clinicians, whether generalist or specialist, trainee or experienced professional, doctor or nurse, rural or urban. It also includes both theoretical underpinnings and practical insights.
