Guarding Minds @ Work
Guarding Minds at Work is a free online resource to help employers assess, protect and promote psychological health and safety in their workplaces. It includes a survey tool and summary reports comparing results against a 2016 sample of workers in industries and geographical regions across Canada. The site also offers strategies, planning worksheets and evaluation resources to improve the psychological health and safety of workplaces in Canada.
