The Working Mind
Mental Health Commission of Canada
The Working Mind is an evidence-based program designed to promote mental health and reduce the stigma around mental illness in the workplace. It aims to promote organizational mental health, strengthen coping skills, transform how participants think and talk about mental health and illness, and create a more supportive work environment. There are three courses available: employee (4 hours), manager (8 hours) and train-the-trainer (5 days). Each course offers easily applied scenario-based lessons, videos featuring people with lived experience of mental illness, reference guides, and practical handouts.
