Perfectionism in Perspective
Government of Western Australia – Centre for Clinical Interventions
This information package from the Government of Western Australia’s Centre for Clinical Interventions is designed to foster understanding of what is helpful and unhelpful about being a perfectionist. Organized into sequential modules—from defining perfectionism to challenging, reducing and adjusting rules and assumptions—it teaches how to pursue healthy high standards rather than ones that negatively affect quality of life. Each module includes information, worksheets and suggested exercises or activities.
