Addressing physician burnout at the systems level

This article discusses the increasing recognition of physician burnout as a systemic issue and explores systems-level strategies to address it. The article looks at recommendations from the American Medical Association and the American College of Physicians on steps organizations can take to promote physician well-being and professional satisfaction.
