Resource Compendium for Health Care Worker Well-Being
National Academy of Medicine
The National Academy of Medicine’s resource compendium includes resources to help organizations improve health care worker well-being and address burnout. The resources are classified into six essential elements: 1) advance organizational commitment, 2) strengthen leadership behaviours, 3) conduct workplace assessment, 4) examine policies and practices, 5) enhance workplace efficiency and 6) cultivate a culture of connection and support.
