This workbook provides information about chronic worrying and generalized anxiety disorder and suggests strategies for managing them. It is organized into modules to be worked through in sequence, starting with overviews of anxiety and worry and proceeding to sections on challenging beliefs, helpful thinking, problem-solving and self-management. Each module includes information, worksheets and suggested exercises or activities.
