Survived by his wife Jeanne, 2 sons, 2 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. “During WW II he served with the Royal Canadian Navy and participated in the D-Day landings aboard the minesweeper HMCS Thunder. During his medical career he was chief of surgery at the Sarnia General and St. Joseph’s hospitals, and was on the Board of Directors of the Victorian Order of Nurses.”
