Survived by his spouse, Suzie Lamontagne, and 2 children. “During his career, Claude served as secretary of the Association of Quebec Psychiatrists (AMPQ), then of the Federation of Medical Specialists of Québec (FMSQ) and, finally, as president of the Assembly of Chiefs in Psychiatry of the Island of Montreal. He was also an examiner for the Collège des médecins du Québec and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada . . . and treated many military personnel at the Operational Stress Disorder Clinic of Canada. He had also served as president of the American Psychiatric Association of Eastern Canada.”
