Survived by his wife Ruth, 2 children and 3 grandchildren. “Jim grew up in The Beaches area of Toronto, where his father was a family doctor for 45 years. After graduating from medical school he enjoyed a busy family practice in Weston, Ont., for 35 years. He was a kind, gentle and caring doctor who also served as the medical director of York University for 23 years, and was attending physician for the National Ballet for 27 years.”
