Canadian Medical Association

Voting began today in Yukon to choose the nominee for the position of president-elect of the Canadian Medical Association (CMA). The winning candidate will be presented at the CMA’s General Council meeting in Halifax this August, and if ratified, will become CMA president in 2021.

Three candidates are up for election this year:

Voting closes on Feb. 19, with the results declared on Feb. 20. Members of the Yukon Medical Association who are also members of the CMA are eligible to vote.
