Caroline passed away in October 2023; the CMA wishes to extend condolences to her family, friends and colleagues. With lived experience of supraventricular tachycardia (a form of arrhythmia), Caroline was a tireless advocate for women’s heart and brain health. She strived to help people with lived experience to find their voice and use it to access the information, resources and care they need and to which they are entitled, and to be a voice for those who couldn’t find theirs. She was a force of nature and a dear friend to many in the patient engagement world.
