Cancer survivor. Caregiver for loved ones with heart disease, mental health issues and cancer. Volunteer for adaptive sports for those in need of supports. Advanced first aid provider in various sports settings and events.
Key areas of interest in advocacy
Promoting safety and awareness to eliminate medical errors. Improving medical literacy among the general public. Promoting the importance of prevention in many aspects of health, whether it is individual good health habits or broader systemic audit procedures in the prevention of medical errors.
