Our Wellness Hub provides reliable tools and resources to empower physicians, medical learners, leaders and educators.

Wellness Connection

Wellness Connection sessions provide a virtual, safe space where physicians and medical learners can discuss shared experiences and seek peer support. Sessions are led by trained facilitators and cover a broad range of topics and themes.


Physician Leadership Institute

The Physician Leadership Institute offers accredited open-enrolment courses for individuals, as well as tailored programs for teams and organizations.

Ambassador Program

The CMA Ambassador Program supports the next generation of medical leaders by engaging Canada’s newest physicians and physicians-in-training in discussions about emerging health issues, medical technologies and service models.

For medical learners

CaRMS prep

The CaRMS Interview Prep Program is a free CMA offering that gives medical students the opportunity to practise interview skills and learn from residents. 

Backpack program

Every year, CMA hands out colourful backpacks during orientation to help medical students recognize and connect with each other on campus and abroad.
