Creating a safe space toolkit
Canadian Patient Safety Institute
The Creating a safe space toolkit supports health care leaders and policy makers who are looking to develop, implement or improve workplace peer support programs for health care providers. It includes tools, resources and templates from organizations around the world that have successfully implemented such programs. The toolkit was developed in partnership with the Mental Health Commission of Canada.
