Caring for Healthcare Workers is a free online resource to help Canadian health care organizations assess and promote workplace psychological health and safety. It helps identify key areas of strength and concern that influence psychological health and safety in a health care organization via two primary tools: a psychosocial survey for health care and an organizational review for health care.
